Refund Policy
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. The refund amount will be the full amount you paid for the particular order or a fraction thereof, depending on the nature of the defect involved. Note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your PayPal email address. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Warranty

All products supplied by Mia Essenza carry a manufacturer’s warranty period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods (unless otherwise stated and excluding consumables). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note that the warranty does not cover you for defects in the goods resulting from normal wear and tear, intentional damage, accident, negligence by you or a third party, use not in accordance with intended use. Consumable items (e.g. batteries) are covered for physical defects in accordance with the terms above. Consumable items (e.g. batteries) are not covered for replacement during “normal” use.

7.1. Faulty item(s)

If you receive faulty or incomplete goods on arrival, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item in writing (by post, email or using the Contact page -us from the site).
We do not cover defects caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Consumable items, such as non-rechargeable batteries, will be replaced if found to be inoperable upon delivery, consumable items (e.g. batteries) are not covered for replacement during “normal” use

For items with a retail price of £15 excluding tax, excluding silver jewelry, we require photographic proof of visible defects in lieu of a return. We ask that all damaged silver jewelry be returned to us by 2nd class large letter, please see our returns procedure (see condition 8 below).
Goods must be returned to us in accordance with our returns procedure (see condition 8 below).
We will check returned products as defective. If the defect is found to be defective, we will replace the item within 5 working days at no extra cost to you and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable shipping costs incurred by the return. If for any reason we are unable to replace the item (for example, due to product discontinuation), you will have the choice of an alternative replacement product or a refund for the item. defective item.

For heavy items delivered by courier worth more than £15 excluding VAT with visible defect(s) that we wish to return to us, we can, upon request, dispatch a replacement item and arrange collection by courier of the damaged item at the same time (*please note that this is only available in the event that the recipient will be available at the address to pass the faulty goods to the courier)
In the event that the faulty goods need to be returned to us by the recipient, please consult our returns procedure (see condition 8 below). If the goods you have returned are found to be not faulty, you will be informed in writing. You will receive a refund or a replacement offer for the original goods, but we will ask you to cover the delivery costs, and no return delivery costs will be refunded.

7.2. Item(s) damaged on arrival

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE DUPLICATE ORDERS TO REPLACE DAMAGED ITEMS, this cannot process the replacement.

7.3. Wrong item(s) delivered

If, by mistake, we supply you with an incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days. If you wish to return the item for replacement, it must comply with our returns procedure (first see 7.3.1 below). Depending on the value of the item (see 7.3.1 below) the customer is free to keep the item if satisfied with it, and any refund for a difference in value will be issued, conversely if the item is worth more than the original item paid for a PayPal request will be sent for the difference.

7.3.1 If the reasonable projected shipping costs for an item to be returned exceed the value of the item (this is the original sale price as shown on the “miaessenza” website and data feeds) , we will request photographic proof that the item is incorrect, the end customer is then free to dispose of the incorrect item in any way that suits them best.
Goods must be returned to us in accordance with our returns procedure. Once we have received the incorrect items at our shipping depot or received proof of postage, the correct items will be shipped within 2 business days and you will be reimbursed for any reasonable shipping costs incurred on the return.
In the case of an item over 2kg we can arrange a courier collection at the same time as the correct item is delivered (this service is only available if there will be someone present at the delivery address to accept delivery and return incorrect goods).

7.4. Unrequired item(s)
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us in writing (either by post, email or using the Contact Us page on the site) within 14 days of receipt. receipt of the item. A refund will be credited to your original payment method for the item only within 30 days of Mia Essenza being notified of the cancellation. Provided we have received the item.
The item must be returned to us in accordance with our returns instructions within 28 days of your notification. You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost, and they must be returned in their original packaging and “as new”.
This condition does not apply to perishable items (items supplied with a printed expiration date), unless agreed in advance in writing with Mia Essenza.

7.5. Additional Item(s) Delivered
If we in error supply you with additional items, you must notify us immediately, either in writing (by email or by using the Contact Us page on the Site Web). The item(s) must be returned to us in accordance with our Returns Procedures (see condition 8 below). Once the goods have been returned to the shipping depot, you will be reimbursed for all reasonable transportation costs incurred by the return.
If you do not notify us of receipt of additional items and you are in possession of goods for which you have not paid for, you will be charged for the goods in full.

7.6 Non-delivery of item(s)

We classify an order as non-delivery if it has not arrived within 2 weeks. You have 21 days from payment to notify us of any missing, damaged or defective items. Orders placed beyond this period will not be refunded or replaced. Please contact Mia Essenza by email contact@miaessenza.uk or via the “contact us” form on the website. Please provide us with the original order number for reference.

We will then investigate the non-delivery with the relevant delivery service provider used for the order and offer you a replacement order to send or a full refund for the undelivered goods within the required 21 days.

Returns Procedure

 

 

 

Please note, as stated above, that in the event of a damaged item, we must contact you in writing and we will advise you if a return is required. We request photographic proof of all damage where possible (except silver jewelry), rather than a return.

Before returning any items, you must inform Mia Essenza of the reason for the return. Please include your original order number on all returns and correspondence.
In the event that an item returned to Mia Essenza does not arrive, you will be asked to provide tracking details (if applicable) or a proof of postage receipt.
We advise customers to return high value items (£15 or more) return signed for second class.
If an item is returned to Mia Essenza without any written communication, and not in accordance with our returns procedure, Mia Essenza will not compensate the shipping costs involved.
